Most manufacturers nowadays are providing a 3 to 5 years parts and labour warranty provided we carry out an annual commissioning and service. This obviously greatly reduces the risk of breakdown, particularly on a hot summers day and will improve the life expectancy of your equipment. |

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
Whether your requirement is for a small room air conditioning unit, a commercial solution or a large capacity multiple unit VRF system, we can deliver a choice of quality products at an extremely competitive price. For the smaller office/room a stylish slim designed wall mounted remote control split A/C unit offers a cost effective solution for all your heating and cooling requirements. These units are now available with DC Inverter outdoor condensers designed to deliver the best efficiency and cost effectiveness. All units use Ozone friendly R407C or R410A refrigerants. For the larger commercial application various other units can be offered e.g. ceiling cassettes, under ceiling/floor mounting units, ducted above ceiling modules with flexible duct connections to ceiling diffusers. The units can be supplied and fitted in single, twin, triple and quadruple systems with independent remote controls. These units can also be connected to BMS - Building Management Systems to be controlled by the facilities manager rather than by office staff.
Pipework connections to the outdoor condensers can run up to a maximum of 150 metres to serve the range of indoor, ceiling cassettes, wall units, floor standing units, etc. which ever the configuration is required within the building. Intelligent control systems can operate the system independently or the systems can be connected to a BMS - Building Management System - for control and monitoring. The majority of our systems are backed with a 3 or 5 year manufacturers guarantee. Leasing options can be arranged. |

Obviously,

Ceiling Mounted Cassettes.
When
the size of the building requires multiples of units then we offer
the VRV and VRF systems that can simultaneously run up to 40 units
from one outdoor condensing unit, they can all have independent
remote controllers. VRF is the ultimate in DC inverter efficiency
in large applications, the options of either the standard three
phase electricity models or the Gas Heat Pump (GHP) for buildings
where three phase electricity is unavailable.
